Ate Bella's team clears the grazing table area. Queensland Catering team begins table reset. Jash Montano coordinates handoff between teams.

Waiters place fork and spoon in abaca cutlery holders + servilleta on all 26 tables.

Tables must be fully set and presentable before the host announcement.

Cucumber juice station opens — fresh cucumber slices as garnish. Sago at Gulaman glasses from meryenda are reused and refilled.
Sorbetero begins roving at 4:30 PM — serves ice cream to guests tableside throughout dinner.

All waiters must be in position at their assigned tables before this announcement.

Appetizer service begins immediately after the emcee's cue — no delay.

Soup & appetizer served simultaneously to all 26 tables

Queensland Catering waiters serve both soup and plated appetizer at the same time to every table.

Appetizer and soup are served AT THE TABLE first — main buffet does NOT open yet.

Main buffet table opens to all guests

Queensland Catering — all main course dishes now available at the buffet table.

Emcee (Ben Ayonon) announces that the buffet is now open — but all guests are to remain seated. They will be called table by table in sequence.

Jash Montano's team calls tables in order — Table 1 through Table 25, one at a time. Each table proceeds to the buffet only when signaled. This keeps the flow orderly and prevents crowding.

VIP tables are handled separately — their food will be served directly at the table by their own dedicated waiters. They do not go to the buffet line.

Queensland Catering waiters continue to assist at the buffet, manage replenishment, and clear plates throughout.

Refill water and drinks as needed at all tables. Monitor buffet food levels and replenish as required. Sorbetero continues roving. Collect cleared plates promptly.

Waiters remain attentive throughout the reception program — dinner runs alongside the performances.
