Collect your remaining balance from Cel Catublas before leaving. Jash Montano can help coordinate.

Keep all aisles clear at all times. Do not place equipment, cables, or bags in any aisle.

Performance area (front) — cleared before 2:00 PM. Only performing suppliers during active sets.

Right side small stage — Edmon Castro (violin) throughout the day. Do not block access.

Grazing table — bottom area, for guests only. Suppliers eat at designated outdoor buffet.

⚠ Cold Sparkles at 5:58 PM — clear the front area. Fireworks at 6:09 PM — exit to outdoor zone.

Outside the Venue

Jay Bardelas — performs live during the fireworks display at 6:09 PM. Coordinate outdoor sound setup with the AV team before 6:00 PM. All other suppliers remain inside to protect equipment.
Supplier Holding Area
Outside the venue · covered tent
This is a small and intimate venue. When you are not performing, please remain in the designated holding area outside — do not crowd the hall.

Changing rooms are provided separately for male and female suppliers. The holding area has a covered tent with Iwata air conditioning for a comfortable wait between your sets.
Supplier Flow Guide

Ingress — from 5:00 AM
The venue opens at 5:00 AM — a caretaker will be present to assist. Enter via the main entrance (bottom left). Coordinate with Jash Montano immediately. Complete all setup and soundcheck before 12:00 noon. For concerns: Mac Munsayac 09178207319.

Stage Performers
Front stage — Anthony Tanjoco, Malis Folkloric, Jay Bardelas, Sapang Palay Rondalla. Right side small stage — Edmon Castro (violin). Do not cross into performance area unless it is your designated slot.

Grazing Table Area
Located at the bottom section of the hall, near the entrance. Managed by Ate Bella's team. For guests only — supplier meals are at the outdoor buffet. Grazing table closes at 4:00 PM.

Photo Wall & Gallery
Photo gallery and photo walls are positioned near the entrance area. Guests are guided here upon arrival as part of the grazing table flow. Keep this area accessible and unobstructed during 12:00–2:00 PM.

Cold Sparkles & Balloon Drop
Triggered at 5:58 PM in the front performance area. All suppliers must clear this zone by 5:55 PM. Protect any nearby equipment from heat and debris. Do not re-enter until the moment has passed.

Fireworks & Egress
At 6:03 PM, guests exit the hall for the outdoor fireworks display. Suppliers remain inside to protect equipment unless they are performing outside (Jay Bardelas). Guests return at 6:19 PM. Begin pack-down at 7:30 PM.
