What you need
to know

Arrival & Setup
The venue opens at 5:00 AM. A caretaker will be on-site to assist upon your arrival. All setup, soundcheck, and installation must be fully completed before guests arrive at 12:00 noon — no exceptions. Upon arrival, coordinate immediately with Jash Montano, the on-the-day coordinator, who will direct you to your designated area.

Meals
All meals are provided for suppliers throughout the day — breakfast, meryenda, lunch, and dinner — depending on your schedule. Meal service will be coordinated based on your confirmed arrival and departure times, which you will indicate in the confirmation form below. You are welcome to leave after completing your last performance or service. Please eat only during your breaks and do not leave your post during active program segments.

Parking
On-site parking is available at Casa Cirila. If you are bringing a large vehicle, van, or truck for equipment, please indicate this in the confirmation form so we can reserve adequate space. Early arrival is strongly recommended to secure a good spot.

Collect Your Balance
Please ensure you collect your remaining balance before leaving the venue. Payments are handled by Cel Catublas. If you need assistance locating her, coordinate with Jash Montano — she will help connect you. Do not leave without settling this, as it may be difficult to arrange after the event.

Respect the Event & the Guests
This is a family celebration — please be mindful of your conduct throughout the day. Keep noise levels appropriate when not performing. Do not take food from the guest buffet or grazing table. Avoid using your phone during active program segments. Dress code must be maintained for the entire duration of your stay, not just during your performance.

Departure
The event ends at 8:00 PM. Suppliers may begin packing down at 7:30 PM while the after party winds down. All equipment and personnel must be fully cleared from the venue by 12:00 AM. Please be considerate of the venue staff and the family during the final hour.

On-Day Coordination
All day-of concerns should go directly to Jash Montano (on-the-day coordinator). For pre-event questions, message Mac Munsayac on Messenger or call 09178207319. Please do not approach the couple, their immediate family, or the entourage unless you are specifically invited to do so.

Performance Areas & Holding
There are four performance areas inside the venue — Main Stage, Secondary Performance Stage (left-middle), Front Performance Area, and Right Side Small Stage. Each performer has a designated area — please know yours and be in position before your slot.

This is a small and intimate venue. When not performing, stay in the designated supplier holding area. Changing rooms with Iwata air conditioning are provided outside in a covered tent — separate for male and female.
